Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain

8 January 2007

Thanks for the blog post M. David.
Please note: just because I own JSON.Com does NOT mean I am the expert that Douglas Crawford is. In fact - I invite you and everyone else to join with me to make this the best JSON site.
I agree that arguing about XML vs. JSON is like comparing Java to C# - both are great tools fit for specific needs.
Now if we can just agree that XML and JSON are similar in some ways, then just imagine:

  1. RSS using JSON (Actually Atom-Pub)
  2. Syndication with authenication built in
  3. Podcasting using JOSN as active content
  4. JSON as THE Ajax protocol
  5. JSON tools are good as XmlSpy
  6. JSON on the server side
  7. JSON in the Datbase

NOW do you want to BE a part of it? Just contact me!
